RocknRolla

NO RUN

No news either. I have done everything possible to get rid of this knee pain. It is still there but I may jog 20 minutes tomorrow anyway. I feel more lethargic then I would if I was training hard. Sitting around all day watching movies is actually very boring and I end up drinking too much tea and snacking too much. The general feeling of fatigue is directly related to my lack of movement. I probably should have gone to the gym today but I want to do NOTHING on my leg until tomorrow. I am quietly optimistic so we'll see. Updates to come in the AM,

  1. Kel,

Hang in there bro! You know you'll run well if you line up on Sunday, so take it handy in the mean time and stay off it. No jump tests!

  6. Kell. That was a legend run today. I was over the moon for ya. Fair play, great to see you win a senior national title as well. I'll have to disagree with your tastes in music though :)

  18. Congratulations on your outstanding achievement yesterday. It was a brilliant win especially considering the outstanding performance put up by Mark Kenneally. There are many great photos of the race at different stages on the following link courtesy of a colleague Jimmy McCormack of North Laois AC. He has said that if you want any of the photos you can email him so that he can release them for you. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jamesmccormack/
